For those of you checking in to see if the next Scaremation animation (the zombie thing) is available yet… I’m still working on it!
Sorry to those who are eagerly waiting to see it. A combination of other projects/work…. my usual tinkering, experimentation and notorious pickiness… plus a dash of good old ‘fatigue’… have kept me from finishing it just yet.
Ya, it actually exists! Still tinkering with it, though!
It’s all going very well (aside from me being really picky about how certain effects look, and frequently redoing sections in order to make them even better), and it WILL be available soon. Rather than rush it, though, I’m going to give myself some more time (including maybe some rest). Things are very busy over here, and it’s been a bit of a balancing act as far as time allotment. I’ve done two late night sessions the last two nights, and got some really nice work out of it.
I’m spending all of today working on it as well, and that SHOULD be enough to get the animation part of it done. From there, it’s sound editing, prepping it, putting the files into the stores, making the preview clip, adding the section for it in the Products page, etc, etc…
That’s once I am actually satisfied with it, and am willing to let go of it! (That’s often the toughest part!)
I think he’s as eager to get this thing done as I am!
As usual, keep checking in for my updates… or subscribe to us, and it should notify you of new posts. It’s looking really good, though! Thanks for your patience.
And, ya… I’m planning on jumping into the next animation for this year right after that!
